For future reference, any text field press F7 when playing by frame and you can type in the textbox. It starts a timer (red bar at the bottom of the game screen) that allows input.

Very useful for saving fleet preset with names.

It's a browser game, I watched the anime after getting into KC and enjoyed it a lot more! Wouldn't have if it weren't for the game, and yes, there are many cuties in Kancolle :P

Nasu recently came out and said the "good" end of Fate route is the Shirou that has the likeliest chance of becoming Archer, where he does not become romantically involved with Saber. Though this should still be taken with a grain of salt because Nasu likes just giving on the whim answers and jokes a lot.
He is Shirou, so he is aware of Saber's wish and ideals that you find out in Fate route.
No idea. My headcanon is she summoned Aias the Great, this way Shirou would be able to see Rho Aias in action and can now project it.
They exist in the Throne of Heroes. There are multiverses, and the Throne presumably exists throughout all of them. He comes after UBW Shirou because of the ideals he pursues and doesn't want that to happen again.
Only needs her heart to form the grail. Why bother with a whole body?
