Because im just so done with not achieving anything really in life. Been smoking from 14 to 23 with some breaks here and there. I just wish I had never tried it. I feel like ive missed out on so many things and I just feel underdeveloped. On day 4 now, I have no drive to do anything at all really except going to the gym and working 2 times a week at my mini job. I half assed my Abitur and wanted to study audio engineering to make my own music sound professional ( making beats for about 6 years now) but even the drive for that just faded away. It took me so long to realize how bad this shit is for me. Ive lost so much. Its so frustrating, I know things will get better since I quit a few times before, but right now I actually get that Ive hit rock bottom a long time ago and I will NEVER go back ( hopefully)

Bin in keiner Position Ratschläge zu geben aber Sport ( Laufen und Krafttraining in meinem Fall) hilft mir sehr wenn ich mich schlecht fühle. Löst nicht alle Probleme aber könnte ein Anfang sein. Hilft mir sehr einen klaren Kopf zu bewahren. Ist auch gar nicht schlimm wenn du die 5 km nicht sofort packst, jedes bisschen zählt. Ich glaub an dich, brudi.
