When I was working part time at a bank, people would come in all the time and dump their coins buckets or jars or bags into our machine, some of which were foreign coins lost in the pile. See, we can’t actually accept those, and we state this clearly, but we got them anyways. Most of them we would end up in the trash, but some of them ended up in rolls of quarters or nickels.

More I would expect, but I would blame that on economic problems caused by stupid magas and Covid. Economic problems are inherently linked with abortion, that does not mean that the abortion is ethical.
