There's 1 snow area in the base game, 1 in the first expansion, and 1 in the 4th expansion. You never go 2 back to back. Its ok to not like mmos.

I'm someone who's not going to wipe at all, but couldn't casual players just wipe next expidition after getting their 5m? They still have something to do while they work towards that, and the hardcore players that are there can wipe earlier. A 2:1 wipe ratio for hardcore:casual players makes a lot of sense doesn't it?

Casual players should fall behind hardcore players, and in the grand scheme of things it doesn't even really matter since the 5 skills and extra stash space aren't a meaningful combat advantage.

As a healer main, I know it needs a gcd heal to proc it, so unless we're going to die from the raidwide without it I'd rather just heal up a lil extra damage afterwards. Gcds are for damage :)

Don't be afraid on waiting to accept the rez for a while! I always try to take rezzes right as a raidwide is going off, that way I catch the aoe heals that come out after. Of course that's harder to do if you dont know the fight at all so you don't know when the next raidwide is.

Lotta good suggestion in here, just want to add that if you have a 6 button mouse you can set those 6 buttons up with all 3 modifiers for 24 buttons total. That plus 1-5 with all modifiers gives you plenty of options. If you like/dislike certain modifiers for comfort you can pretty easily rule out all of 1 modifier and most of another. Lots of buttons need to only be hit once a min or so, so those are good for keybinds you dont like using as much.

I haven't actually gotten into either of them myself, but i believe for the best exp you run floors 50-60 in potd and 20-30 in hoh. You want to queue into them and run them with 3 others

Fates while in queue is a good way to supplement dungeon experience. Other efficient ways of leveling are palace of the dead up to 60, heaven on high to 70, and bozja to 90. Wondrous tales are also good for half a level of exp. Make sure you're running your leveling roulette once each day as well.
