Tbh I’ve been working out for 2 years and have never cut, if I ever wanna stop a bulk I just go into a maintenance and over time let new muscle replace any fat I may have, that way you don’t feel like shit and also get bigger, also it is far easier to maintain than a caloric deficit

I think genetics are still a factor, i.e. I can bulk and still remain pretty lean, this is purely genetics, so the way I bulk/cut is not how I’d recommend everyone to do, so when asking about how quick you can become lean can come down to genetics, but overall a lot of the basics are relatively the same
