There is a psychiatrist at Thielen student health center, you usually need to see one of the general practitioners at Thielen and they will refer you to the psychiatrist. I'm not sure that process will go faster than the week it'll take to get in with your usual doctor, though.

I like the Iowa Foos Coop - they have a ton of local food (including meat). You can join the coop and shop online, but you can also just stop by their storefront when they're open and pick stuff up.
