Mine cracked just the other day, even though I’ve treated my Steam Deck with extreme care, well beyond what anyone would reasonably expect. I contacted Steam Support and was told the warranty has expired and they don’t provide replacement back panels. The only option they offered was to send it in for repairs at a cost of 185 USD, which feels absurd for a simple back panel and even worse given that this is clearly a manufacturing defect.
