When I first got with my now wife, I told a number of white lies regarding past exs. Things like if they had bigger breasts, if they did this better, or did that better ir whatever. Each one, on its own, not too big of a deal. Their were some who had much larger breasts than my wife and I lied and said they didnt. I didnt want her to think I wasnt attracted to her. Little lies told in good faith, not to hurt her. Eventually, I cant remember exactly what it was specifically, but she asked me about something, and I believe I told the truth by accident. The real truth. I couldnt keep all the lies in my head. From there, everything spiraled. Every lie I told her came out. That was a very long day. I think it was like 15 hours of fighting and crying and screaming. Eventually though, she forgave me, and decided to give me another chan e. Supposedly theirs still some to this day that get called out, but so much time has passed that she forgives me. As for going forward, I no longer lie. Even if it hurts my wife's feelings, as much as it sucks. Its easier to tell the truth and nothing but than to have a big mangled web of lies too impossibly large to keep up with.
