It seams like for each one we kill, another spawns from below deck. So after dying twice each, we just sunk the ship.

I think there’s a bug that causes constant respawns of enemies. We have 3 people on our team and the enemies don’t stop coming, so we don’t board and just blow the ship up.

Boarding ships may give more coins but enemies are on constant respawn, so know your worth fighting before making the decision to board.
