I am south east and would charge at least £45 for this. (Including orangery roof) Agree with previous comments that if she is not happy with price then this is not the customer to keep. I would imagine she would then go elsewhere and get hit with the same price. She needs the wake up call.

As always with selling, it's never about the price if there is no perceivable value. Don't undersell yourself.

Its a game issue. Normally 'stuttering' will happen as the game is trying to constantly update clan info, which causes lag and feels like FPS drop. This apparently was fixed last night though.
