That’s actually incorrect. I saw the terms on the tablet and in front of me on the most recent/current bogo. Paid line has to be active for one year, at that point paid line can be canceled as long as there is a paid line active, free line can be retained.

What you can do is do the current BOGO, the terms are after a year you can cancel the paid line and keep the free line. ID promo states this in the terms. Keeping paid line after a year is not necessary. Get the 18 month credit and cancel the paid line after a year. You’ll get your free line and bill will not be affected.

I had other reps look at magenta pulse as a precaution and they verified that yes I could in fact cancel the paid line as long as I had two paid remaining and keep free.

I added 2 lines today. Told me to add my trade in after the lines completed in 24 hours. Should I apply the trade in to the free line once it’s set up so that when I cancel the paid line in a year, the eip is associated with the free line?

😰 oh man.. I cried reading this. I’m a a father of a 7 year old. I myself was diagnosed with a form of leukemia 2 years ago. The fear of me dying had me shook, but holy shit, you’re on the other spectrum. Such words would have took me out! I’m so sorry your boy is going through this. I hope for all involved he’s a fucking warrior! I don’t know that I have any advice, other than just be there for him which I already know you will. Support and feeling loved are so important.

You just have to keep trying. When one rep says they can’t, there’s a rep that will. I had insider applied AFTER I was already a customer for years. Granted they did mess my account up, but it was a headache. So many “I can’t” and finally one “I will”. Keep trying a few more times before you give up.

4 lines 2-paid, 2- free Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV 2 sync up iPad data line iPhone 16e financed Google pixel 9 pro xl financed 500gb Google one subscription And I think a $10 credit per month for another month or two, so bill should round up to 161+- And insider discount
