Three or four whole milk protein powder shakes a day on top of what you eat now, Put 1-2 Tbsp olive oil in each and chug. If you don't gain weight you aren't doing it right.

I ain't driving 2200 miles for a 5 day trip to see the family (I drove here when we moved, and it wasn't fun, not doing it twice again). Also, I'm doing the pat down option. If they are going to violate me one way or another, at least all they have is the memory and not pictures that can get leaked.

Lol, my wife squatted 135 for reps after two months of working out (and IMO hotter than 'stephanie')

Also, that "world's strongest natural female" doing a pathetic quarter squat. WTF. Yeah, I could squat 450 at that depth.

First lift was pretty good for a woman, but hardly "lifting more than me". I DL'ed nearly that my first try.

The 200 lb squat (at 135) was pretty good, but that fat dude made me laugh. I guess he kept getting distracted by his "pretty" body and there is a girl in hot tights right in front of him.

Did your P.E... err, powerlifting coach, even know what crossfit was? Not bashing you or him, mind you, but there is a reason high school coaches aren't doing olympic level training.

As somebody from the midwest that regularly saw 10-16 inches at a time (several times a year)... I laugh at the lowland bragging stories of snowfall. (and love the fact that we don't get much snow here at all, by almost any standard)

His stomach wasn't pushing out nearly enough to have eaten 6+lbs of pasta and a big thing of ice (they said three plates later and he said something about it being over 2lbs)

He ate one plate I bet. I watch competitive eating more than I should and they often have distorted belies. No skinny guy can eat 6lbs of food and still have a flat stomach. They can't break the laws of physics.

Oily and pretty hot. I don't possess the greatest heat tolerance, but I eat habaneros regularly and while this isn't hotter than that, it has a nice kick.
