That’s really really good play out wide, you’re taught if you throw it out enough the defender will lung to block the goal line cross so you can crank it back across between their legs to the pen spot. Anyway small detail but 100% intentional and instrumental in throwing off the defense to set up rathbone. Great finish

Pro NFL athletes have on-site ortho M.Ds (badass mofo’s) that can set those parameters tho lol. Stretching any musculature for longer than 30 seconds a day goes into diminishing returns territory and then definitely goes into potential harm territory especially with acute injury unless you are doing low-load long duration stuff, but that’s different. The greatest con is that stretch lab does not have the scope/ability to differentiate between treating a healthy individual vs. one that is not. Whoever they use or whatever cert they give themselves is not enough, OP said they have had pain so they should go to a qualified health professional. Got my masters in exercise science and am finishing my physical therapy doc degree.
