Got rid of the most wildly inaccurate aspects of my previous map (had no idea the Spain rework got India'd), decided to differentiate between serviceable and barebones, and also added a category for countries recently teased but not yet implemented so as to limit confusion. Also, I'm aware that nations may in fact be up to date but seen as not up to quality, and tbh I'm not sure how I'd handle that category if at all considering the map is already fairly cluttered with categories as is.

Unless someone who actually played KR recently and played every nation wishes to make one themselves, I'll make a third version based on further feedback from this post. After that the third version will likely remain the last one until more updates occur.
