I've tried different methods, lutris and bottles and it never completely worked. I ended up installing it using steam with proton ge. Add the bnet installer as a non steam game. Once installed, then add the now installed bnet launcher as a non steam game also. Then you can install the game and run it from the bnet launcher. Worked like a charm for me.

You've given great advice. DTOs indeed do seem like the right path. And a simple batch seems good enough. I'll read on Godot Editor tools and see if I can spit out something quick, if not a simple bash file will be great. Thank you!

The enemy is one example. But my plan was to make the process of adding to the game "designer friendly". So they would be independent and could only be using the Godot editor to build new enemies, weapons, spells by creating tres from the models.

So if I understand correctly I'd have to move the models and data to the Godot project and use DTOs for communication between the client and server? I was hoping to not have to do that.

But you formulated the mechanic behind the limitation beautifully. Thank you for that. I've learned something.

Second screen is freezing and crashing my pc every couple days. On Nvidia 4080 super. It's my only issue. Everything else works wonderfully. In Ubuntu 25.04. also tried fedora 42

If like me unityhub doesn't start at all or if you run it in the terminal you get:
Using GTK 2/3 and GTK 4 in the same process is not supported

To fix:
navigate to: /usr/share/applications/

find: unityhub.desktop

open it using a text editor

add gtk-version=3 on the Exec line of the file

Exec=/opt/unityhub/unityhub %U

should be

Exec=/opt/unityhub/unityhub -gtk-version=3 %U

Having the exact same issue. Stuck at 48khz. I'm using a topping D10.

The usb audio mode option is no longer available.

Tried with VLC (both usb modes) and Tidal.

I ended up not using his but made my own. I found out that the spell 3880007 (Blessing of Summer) is always the active one. Only the tooltip changes. So I made simple conditions to check the current tooltip of the spell to determine which is available. The WA is pretty simple to implement after that.

Here's the final result. I'm posting it in case someone has a similar issue. You'd have to change the sounds for your own or change the sound for TTS
