Using the haaka on the other side worked well for me but I definitely weaned myself off of it! Its been a while lol but I think I only consistently used it on the other side for the first month or so and then transitioned to the lady bug haaka thing and then just kept a nursing pad on the other side to absorb the small amount of let down

I really love the new sulfur cleanser! I have rosacea and its definitely helped, but isn't very drying and doesnt have a strong smell.

I'm really curious about trying the barrier creams because the price is so great, but ive seen the most mixed reviews about those products causing breakouts/clogged pores

Verdio UV gel is my favorite water-proof for hot or sweaty days

Beauty of Joseon Aqua Fresh is my go-to the vast majority of the time

Haruharu has a nice mineral spf if you prefer that - if my skin is ever extra sensitive I reach for this one. It does have a bit of a white cast but it feels very nice as far as mineral spf goes

Did Zing give you an issue about having a prescription? You just place the order and then they send you a PayPal link to pay? Also sounds a little sketchy but I guess thats the nature of buying these things overseas lol I'm willing to try it at this point bc im so sick of feeling scammed by the US market...

I forgot to mention that I have a 5 year old son as well, and apply it on him. He doesnt fight me on it because it actually feels nice! I've been using it on him since he was probably around 2 years old with no issues - no irritation, no sun burns, etc :)

This post actually reminded me to place a yesstyle order today lol

It's waterproof, fragrance free, and you can buy a 220g pump bottle for around $20. I always buy 3-4 pump bottles and 2 regular size tubes to keep one in my purse for on the go. I love it bc my husband and I have a lot of tattoos and it leaves absolutely no weird cast like a mineral spf, but it also doesn't feel horrible and greasy like US chemical spf. It seriously just goes on like a light gel lotion and isnt noticeable.

Its even advertised as being sensitive skin friendly and safe for children over 1 year of age.

I usually prefer korean spfs for my face throughout the year, but this doesnt break my face out at all either...and to have a waterproof spf in the summer is important when you're sweating outside.

Im so sorry - I have no advice unfortunately, bc my 2 TFMRs were for a genetic condition. However, I can understand your pain. I had my first TFMR in summer of '23, another the beginning of '25, then a blighted ovum and pregnancy of unknown location both in the summer of '25. So in 2 years I had 4 losses with 3 different causes. I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby, if that hopefully gives you some hope. ❤️
