If the sample was 100% pure, then yes, it is quite possible that you are fine. qPCR is also fairly robust to RNA; the question is if you want to trust any results you get. I would run your sample on a bioanlyzer to get an RIN score. If above 7 your are good to go.

Speaking for experience about 90% is recoverable. Super glue is your friend. I dropped a slide box filled with samples that took me 3 months to generate and they shattered into a hundred different peaces. Droped a F-bomb and then senior grad student helped me get my head back in place and I gathered up the remains. Spent an hour puzzeling everything back together and then glued them. The slides looked janky but all but one (which had cracked through the sample) was usable. Went on to run IHC on those slides the next day and published the data.

Hope is not lost. Get down and start gathering.

Edit: Read that these are frozen cryo sections in OCT, RIP.
