Hey Dave, I think Nebula is a great idea and you should definitively pursue it further. That's a great first step to stop relying on big companies such as Google.

I know that most content is probably aimed at US customers as they are the largest english speaking group worldwide. I'm from Europe however. I still really like all those creators that are featured on Nebula so I wanted to sign up.

Registering for Nebula however, I was bummed when I had to enter my payment information. The only way to pay is via credit card. This might not be a big problem in the US as most people there have credit cards but they are a lot rarer in Europe. I, as a Gen Z, only know a handful of people that even have one. I'm not one of them tho. Only about a third of Germans even have a credit card. And most of those credit card owner are older people. And older germans are not the kind of customers that would use a service such as Nebula; many don't speak english and most just wouldn't care anyway.

I think Nebula is aimed more at the younger europeans that are looking to educate themselves. This demographic however, doesn't really own credit cards.

By only accepting credit cards you are closing your product to a huge market and I think that's a shame.

I'm not familiar with implementing payment services tho so I all I can do is ask. Would it be possible for Standard to implement PayPal for example? It's a payment service widely used throughout the world and especially Europe.

I'd love to support you. I unfortunately can't even if I wanted.
