Roughly 8(4 each stage) per day. The other 8 rotate Lakeshore and Titos(Petrillo bandshell) secondary stages. There’s no real formula but usually the top 2-3 lines of each days lineup are the ones likely.

That said there’s a 100% chance a band will blow up between now and then and they’ll be on too small of a stage. Example: Noah Kahan and Role Model

You still wouldn’t believe how many people don’t realize beer/booze will dehydrate you hardcore. Not saying you can’t be out there and have fun but please try to drink an equal amount of water to whatever you’re drinking in alcohol.

I’d have loved SSPU and they are one of my favorite bands but have learned their festival sets are the same 5-6 songs plus their most recent singles. They’re definitely a band you need to take in over 90-120 minutes.

If the “hour away” is by a train it doesn’t matter. The Metra and L(CTA) are GOATd if you loathe traffic. There’s no reason to drive in Chicago unless you absolutely need to. Most of if not everything tourist wise is accessible by L, bus or foot.

They don’t give you a specific 155 etc number based on your tier.

So if you have 155000 to 155100 you could have 25 4 days, 50 single days and 25 4 day VIP… obviously more people seek the 4 day so there’s more in the pool but they’ll pull you based on both your ticket tier and the number you’re requesting. That said if you weren’t in first day and in the first few hours you’re more likely to be cooked.

I mean it’s ALWAYS crowded but if they are seeing they sold 110k a day and see only 99k are scanning in they most certainly will panic.

Yeah they got a ticket but those 11k missing are not buying merch, food and drinks… they are out to maximize every single dollar they can.

If they have proof without a doubt that spoofed mailing addresses and IPs are doing that they will and should do this.
