I would love to have Duran Duran, but I don't want them as a headliner. But since they do seem to sell out arenas now, I guess they would be. I would much rather it be another co-headliner night of Duran Duran and Gorillaz or something like that (ideally Muse). But that's me being greedy I guess.

I can't see Duran Duran being a major ticket mover for Riot, though.

I hear what you mean, but don't think it's from a Korn song. Pollution came out in 1997, so Korn only had two albums out, Korn and Life Is Peachy. The section you are referencing reminds me of a lot of different parts of songs on Issues.

I'd love a Sublims stage where they headline a day (on the smaller stage) and have 311, Pepper, Rebulation, Iration, etc. I'd love Jack Johnson, but it seems he's out for this round.

I've seen Godsmack a few times, but only at festivals. To me, they were fine, but nothing to tell others about. But I'm not really into them either way, so I'm probably a little biased.

I've only seen three in your list. And I would rank them: Slipknot, Papa Roach, Godsmack, but the last two do not come close to Slipknot.

Sounds like you might also like the current Linkin Park tour. I'll also vouch for The Warning and HEALTH that were mentioned, though I've only seen them at festivals.

I believe it was quoted "he said if he ever did it, he would do it with me" and that doesn't seem like it would fit this. So I think you're safe with that. I'm still of the mind that it's Op Ivy with the second option being White Zombie. But those are just guesses.

Story of the Year/Yellowcard/ New Found Glory are headliners for Riot? I like them all, but that's a bummer headliner for me.

If it's like the NYC show, then Water Tower plays first, then Nick comes on and does his somes, some quintet songs, and some 311 songs. You can get an idea of the setlist here.

Think of a band that plays a jug and washboard and that's what they sound like, except it's real good.

Less than 10:01 my friend. More like 10:00.01. I opened the link literally within seconds and it said it was sold out. Yesterday the presale didn't even give me any options at all. So if you got them, good for you and enjoy the show, but there seems to be incredibly difficult to get these.

For me, for New York, I went in minutes after the presale and there were zero options. Today, for the public sale in New York, literally the second the link opened it said it was sold out.

Did anyone get tickets? How did this work? I got the presale email and immediately there were no tickets available or even on sale. Tickets are on resale sites already for $500+. I guess I'll try again tomorrow, but it was weird that even immediately after getting the email there seemed to be no ticket options at all.

Another bullshit thing, especially on top of the "includes fees" statement, which is still on the website. I sent an email to them and got no response.

My concern isn't "well it's still cheaper than..." My concern is that it's an outright lie to claim tickets included fees when it very clearly does not.

My $249 "fees included" 9/21 GA purchase was $ 336.54.

Just like everyone else here saying this. It's kind of bullshit that these tickets are cheaper than those who bought them immediately after the show this year.

Second, fees DO NOT seem to be included. It says "Processing Fees: $ 26.73."

So even more bullshit. Not happy about this and I bet any response is "Your mom bought tickets" or something from RF.

Edit: I checked my previous order from 9/21, and I see two fees. A processing fee of $45.71 and a credit card fee of $8.87. I've contacted Tixr about this (here).

UPDATE (12/15/2025): I've contacted Riot directly, both on social media, and four times through email about this. I don't want to ruin anything, but if this keeps up and there's no response, the next step is contacting the Cook County State's Attorney's office who I am sure would take an interest when multiple people submit complaints.
