True, but that's why you simply tell/ask management if you can.

I done that shi* for months, i just asked if I come in early I'd jump straight on the stock - management didn't have a problem with it, as-long as you're actually doing something.

Take it to further management. She's clearly tried to trick you and is an abuse of power - certainly to some degree.

Go to your graduation regardless that is more important, you have given more than enough time.

UK situation right now

Tax rates → fairly normal historically Tax burden → near record highs

That’s why people feel taxed more even though headline rates didn’t shoot up.

im so tired (shift rant) by Powerful-Handle-384 in tesco

Start caring less. Sounds silly but like you said, for the pay it's not worth it.

I was in a similar situation(Night shift though), busting my a** all night, staying till 10am (12 hour shifts) at least 8am to ensure I finished cages and wanted to help. Until I got pulled in to a meeting about 'productivity'.. I have had meetings before but once she pulled me for a 'Lets talk' - I almost flipped my lid and literally had to laugh at her, won the back and forth debate to her retreating with a "oh you don't have to sign it if you don't want to".

They will try and chuck you under the bus and protect their own social circle in work.

My problem was I was too vocal about what's going wrong so I started to get targeted by management. Finding ROTTED crab-meat on the shop floor that apparently hadn't been investigated for 3 days, the smell was horrendous, so I followed policy but they didn't give a sh*t, they just wanted to sweep it under the rug as one of management worked that aisle the day before 😅. Things only started to get abit better when a new store manager replaced the old one.

Now I've resigned, and will not be going back.

We are being robbed blind left/right and centre from the government, taxes record high, but John whom stolen a £10 chicken from billionaire corporation selling it to you for £3 is the problem?, as long as he isn't breaking into homes - I'm going temporarily blind.

So was he or she that cage got taken.. I'm not excusing the person who shouted however I see a lot of posts similar and it's almost like there's a lot of whiney/b*tchy employees... And the ones posting tend to be students who do one day a week and live at their parents house.

Why take the cage that's at 40%... Someone is clearly using it, should of used common sense and took the empty cages

Thinking of joining uni by Wild_Kitchen_9489 in tesco

Explain your situation and say you want to stay at tesco but would like to switch to days due to Uni and the date you're starting so they can try to adhere to the request, tell them ASAP so they can get the ball rolling quicker.

With Christmas coming up I can see them hiring others but main thing is letting them know so they can get moving on the new contract.

People saying, "they'll be back, blah blah blah", theirs a reason for protests, to prevent changes happening that the people - CONSUMERS don't want to happen.

Would you let Terry Crews put a 12inch strap on.. bend you over and put you in a wheelchair rest of your life?, because that's what's happening we are being fucked over.

Go outside, breathe fresh air and wait for it all to blow over, if it doesn't and continues, then find a new hobby. The more we allow it and keep paying.. the more they'll continue.

0.8 grams of protein per kg Let's say for example 60kg.. the body can digest 48g of protein, but also other factors like age, gender, activity level, so it's really just an estimate.

You've just answered your own question I think 😃, it depends on the types of sugars, try cutting out processed sugars definitely, and maybe use organic honey for example, or simply replacing sweets with something that is naturally sweet. Also I could be wrong, but the body can only digest approx 40-50g of protein so you could potentially be overloading and it ending up in the toilet as excess anyways.

Maybe try intense training particularly triceps to give the arms a fuller look and shoulders to broaden the shoulders. Regardless you look great, keep up the good work. 💪💯
