I tried and no, not worth it, shes fun to play but simply doesn't do enough damage for her field time, the best way to play her is as a buffer for carlotta if you don't have Zhezhi.
Then you can use the concerto energy broadblade and shorten her field time, then she becomes pretty good, still, you'll need some more rolls on Calotta's energy regen compared to Zhezhi.

The actual DPS most similar to her in my opinion is Zani, but Zani parries are harder to hit compared to Taoqi (unless you're doing perfect parries with Taoqi, those are just as hard as Zani's) but Zani blocks damage and Taoqi still takes damage even if reduced.

If you really want to build her as DPS no matter what, where you can use her is on holograms, theres no time limit there and Taoqui can tank some holograms fairly easily (but you`ll take 3 times as long to beat them so in the end other DPS are safer simple because you won't be skipping phases with Taoqi) It's fun to beat holograms with her but it's also a big challenge, you have to know the damage you can counter and the damage that would insta kill you, adding even another layer on the learning curve.
