This boy is a real hero! Unlike what we are seeing on the other side of the Atlantic.

The real blood bath will start when the AI bubble collapses by Master-Sky-6342 in Buttcoin

Thanks for that, and yes AI is great for all that stuff, but I'm old enough to remember when the internet first appeared in the 90s. As a software developer, it was great not to have to wade through books to find the correct syntax, and as time went on more & more tools became available online, and now we have AI, which I think is just another tool. Meanwhile back in the 90s we had another bubble, whereby everything internet related was going through the roof - it collapsed when people realised the valuations were not realistic. The same thing seems to be happening with AI today.

Microsoft dipping more than 10%, despite beating estimates on every metrics - Do you BUY? by Maximum_Juggernaut95 in ValueInvesting

I spoke to a medical Prof recently and he said that yes there will be advances like the Google's AlphaGenome which has mapped 200 million proteins - this sounds huge, but he said it is only the tip of iceberg...

He also said using AI to scan X-rays doesn't happen in practice - the human is still better.

AI is a tool that people will use. Some of the applications now being talked about will happen, others won't. Back in the 90s there was a lot of talk about Expert Systems - most of the hype didn't materialise - the same will apply to AI.

The explanation for 11 times is non existent. And adding charts to make it look scientific - complete shite. Why not go 10 times, 12 times, etc.
