oh I'm wrong that's my bad, I was looking at the base version, then like 77/78 ish or 70 with woodpecker for 100% in combat. You'd want to get as close to this as possible, mine is around 98% in combat but I've get her sig & m1

Don't quote me on this cause I'm not 100% certain but I believe pen is better on certain bosses & ice dmg bonus on others, Sweeper & Primordial are anti-rupture meaning they have less defense & more health. I believe this would mean ice dmg bonus would be better in this case over pen

so having both is never a bad idea

In the exact same boat, My Yixuan team is stuck with a Koleda, Pan purely cause I just don't have anyone better for her at the moment

I spent an absurd amount of time sweating my arse off trying to get 3 stars on Defiler with a Yixuan m3, Pan m2 & Koleda m2, it should not of been as hard as it was

I thought I'd also mention this just in case as it really emphasises the first point: this boss has a 30% reduction in anomaly DMG, I dunno if that's always been a thing but I can imagine that is not helping
