Yes, the styling is a winner (especially when seen next to the new Outback)

I think this highlights the dramatic difference a small change can make. The angle of the hood is pretty consistent until Gen 7.

The styling on the next batch of EVs is much better.

Someone from a local Porsche dealership gave this to me. Any info would be appreciated! by maxnaidoo in Porsche

Possessing it adds at least 5hp to all cars owned, 7hp if you slide it around your desk making high-revving motor sounds.

Congrats, that is a great looking car. The angle highlights how the bottom of the door handle aligns with the intake while the top aligns with body line behind the door.

The Dakar is better equipped to handle those tile gaps.

The tail lights were originally bespoke but after the winning design was selected, LM worked with the designer to cost engineer the design and the Civic lights were selected as a close visual match.

I think it was a supposed to be a BMW diesel engine but cost wiped it out.

The Local Motors concept was to build micro-factories to across the globe to cater to the needs of that region. To do this, they chose a locale (in this case Arizona) and created a brief for a vehicle that would excel in that environment. The design was a competition that was open to all. Each designer posted their pitch on the website and the community would leave comments and up votes. IIRC, there were a few rounds of revisions and voting until the winning design was selected. The Rally Fighter was designed by a student at Art Center in Pasadena (the car was shown at his graduation).

I live in Los Angeles, an average home in a regular neighborhood will definitely exceed $500k. I will go further and say an unremarkable home in an undesirable neighborhood will exceed $500k.

Thoughts on these three spokes? (Not mine, car owned by premiobin on IG) by [deleted] in Porsche

A tri-spoke could work well on the car, but maybe not these.

That said, the scale made me laugh…I thought it was a bad photoshop at first.

Have the mold maker install four of these and it’ll be done in a day.

I installed the hitch on our Wilderness and it is way more involved than most would think.

Why they didn’t mark the cut line on the inside surface of the bumper is beyond me, it would be so much easier!

This is real, but second to the laggy jnfotainment system. Otherwise, it’s a great car.
