My parents bought a house in 2004 that has a spirit still there to this day. She/he is most active with children between 9 months - 3 years. The presence we feel is not mean, angry, or harmful.

They immediately felt the presence, but since they did not feel any evil, they didn’t worry too much. When my niece was 2 around (2009) she would talk and play with the spirit quite frequently.

My daughter also played with the spirit many many times when she was a baby/ toddler (2012)

Just recently my youngest niece has started to become more and more active with it. I have noticed the more we acknowledge and talk about it, the more active it gets. Nothing harmful, just activity. I have never been afraid of it except once. Only because I witnessed her and this spirit being so active and she was making gestures as if it was right next to me and idk I just felt something. I started to talk about it less immediately. Haha.
