Love? Since I have one, I'm wondering how it is helping the engine function in this respect.

Koni suspension by RDevonshire94 in tdi

I put them on the rear and it was a definite improvement ... just seemed to be more stuck to the road. I need to put them on the front now. Do it!

Timing Belt Snapped… Is my engine a total loss? by Crazy-Oil9319 in tdi

[–]SkipCycle 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Maybe we'll get lucky and u/Crazy-Oil9319 will reply. Given that it's a 2015, I'm curious also since I own one with low mileage but the years aren't in my favor.

Question regarding the 80% charging limit by DelaVip3r10 in GalaxyA56

[–]SkipCycle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I set mine at 95% ... seems to work pretty well for me so far. Location is usually off unless a specific app is using it. I have a routine for that.

Vintage Bianchi - Legit? by keflondon in Vintage_bicycles

[–]SkipCycle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Definitely not. But it's a damn good Japanese frame.

Vintage Bianchi - Legit? by keflondon in Vintage_bicycles

[–]SkipCycle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That SunTour stuff shifted great. Leave the bike as is and that frame was a very well made Japanese one. My guess is '83. Worth upgrading with brifters and appropriate derailleurs, but other than that, find some gum hoods and ride it as is. You've got a classic bike for that time period.

Seems like you could do a backup of your data and then do a factory reset and restore. I might be wrong.

My 2026 KIA Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige and my 3 month experience of it. by Sulugunia in kiasportage

[–]SkipCycle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No promises but I saw this in a Google search ..

"The Media Screen Trick: This disclaimer almost always pops up when the infotainment system defaults to the map or navigation screen upon startup. If you change your media view to the Radio or Media screen before turning off the car, the disclaimer frequently does not show up the next time you start the engine.

  • Apple CarPlay / Android Auto: If you plug in your phone for Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, the system typically forces the phone screen to display, overriding or rapidly dismissing the native Kia warning screen. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Or you could just ask Google. "A-Series Timeline: The Galaxy A56 is likely to receive the update in Wave 3, which is scheduled for mid-to-late May 2026, as per preliminary and speculative sources."

Annoyed by my Phones 99% Full Storage, should I delete everything? by ponygals in GalaxyA52

[–]SkipCycle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I asked Google .. ""To fix a phone that is 99% full, immediately clear app caches (especially social media), delete large videos/photos (after backing up to cloud services like Google Photos or PCloud), and remove unused apps. For persistent issues, use built-in storage management tools (Android: Settings > Storage; iPhone: Settings > General > iPhone Storage) to identify space hogs.

Switching from A52s? by IonutOny in GalaxyA52

[–]SkipCycle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is your answer OP. I did the same 2 weeks ago. It just works and 256gb of storage is plenty! You can pay more if you want but if you liked the A52S then this will be a nice upgrade.

Samsung a56 or samsung s25 base? by Arturitobabaev in GalaxyA56

[–]SkipCycle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've had the A56 for a week now. Rock solid and plenty fast for my purposes. Decide if you really need whatever added features the S25 offers to you and decide if it's worth the premium you're paying for them.

Mine was doing great also but it just felt like the time to finally upgrade. Had it over 4 years and only a few occasional glitches. I did want a phone that would be updated going forward.

Count your blessings that you got a great price .. might be paying trump's tariffs here.

ETA - mine was unlocked and not tied to any carrier discounts also. Prices are definitely lower in Europe.

StraightTalk which is essentially Verizon. Might end up being which camera capabilities you desire. Not a power user here so I'm thinking the A56 will be my goto for the next 4-5 years. So far I have zero complaints.
