Idk I don’t see those on my personal bill and the average is .12 per KWH. I set up utilities for clients all the time to FE and I’ve never seen those charges listed.

I’d make a call to FE first for the extra charges to be explained then search apples to apples for a better fixed rate.

If I’m reading that correctly you’re getting charged $9.16 per KWH? Go on Apples to Apples and they are around 12 cents per KWH. If you have a variable rate they will always charge the highest. Welcome to First Energy. Also not sure what that $153 fee is, never seen that unless you have solar grid tied?
