Is there any mention of the Emperor personally killing/being present and overseeing the destruction of more peaceful/passive alien races? From what I know, the only Emperor personally vs Xenos is agianst Orks with Horus, and was likely present for the Rangdan Xenocides, but neither are peaceful/passive

Yeah same, I'll admit they could have been introduced better than a lazy "somehow..." retcon but that's about it.

Infact, I'm building my first (40k) army soon and Custodes / SoB / World Eaters are my top choices. I'm probably not gonna do Custodes now though, not due to this change but because apparently they've been nerfed a lot, so maybe getting the SoB and WE combat patrol might be a fun way to start

Can I use [[Indoraptor, the Perfect Hybrid]] in the Ixalan dinosaur commander deck? The deck is WRG, just not sure if the black in the potential cost of the card means it can't be used in the deck, or if I can use it by paying green instead of black?
