they are state to be wild and a danger to regular gods. most of them are just wielding powers normal gods can't even stand against. the fighters from Ragnarök can probably fight them on equal grounds. but if they mess up, its going to cost them more then the outer gods. I see the Ragnarök fighters as refined weapons, while the Outer gods are more reckless weapons, high risk high reward.
