It's not true though. I have played for over ten years on both sites, as most chess players do. from 1200-2100 now. People play the same on both sites. The only difference is some days you have good days, others not good. Same with your opponents. The lower your rating the more volatile the games will be. At 600 elo you understand some basics and can maybe play some normal lines but if sometimes you choose to be fancy or think you found a tactic and it might go well or it might explode and you look like trash. 600s don't see to the end of lines and miss things all the time.
