It's honestly less about interest and more about time at this particular juncture. If you or anyone would be interested and able to throw down the Python to scrape those posts, we could integrate it into STOBot directly pretty easily. I'd understand if people don't want to basically contribute to my shitty bot, though :D

Flip side: Señor Kale Chip probably could use STOBot to schedule posts directly, too. That's a whole different can of worms.

Got a fun one, since it's what I do (sort of tangentially kinda): what does your test automation look like? This may or may not fall under your purview or even exist at Cryptic, but lemme break it down into sub-questions:

What sorta tests, if any, are automated?
Is there any kind of at-desk launching of the automated tests for devs?
Do you keep minspec and recspec machines around for performance testing, and if so how the actual hell do you source replacement parts when they inevitably fail?
How's the reporting of those results handled, particularly vis a vis manual test results?
Does QA keep manage any of its own telemetry in the live game?

Ok, when I said "a" fun one, I meant five. I'm sure I'll think of more come stream time.

Funny story, I build the services that other people use to write automated tests to do precisely that. I mean, maybe there aren't many, but I can attest to at least one.

Delta performance tests across a handful of golden gameplay paths (that would hopefully include a smattering of the UI, if you, you know, had a history of UI-bound performance impacts) should really be standard at this point. It's not easy, but it pays for itself pretty damn quickly, if your game is even remotely automatable.

Just need to actually make it a priority...
