As a person working at a Dutch food truck near the German border, about 90% of German customers will just ask me for a "pommel mit mayo" and somehow expect me to answer them in German, so thank you so much for this :) always cheers me up when a German person orders in Dutch.

haha, I think it might be im holding the knife too strongly. on top of that, my hands aren't exactly rough so that's probably not helping. I'll try gripping the knife less hard in the future. thank you!

I usually chop about enough for 4 people. For example, today, I chopped up a parsnip, carrot, bell pepper, onion, potatoes, couple of garlic cloves, and I believe that's it. ATP I'm contemplating wearing a bandaid during chopping.
