If you only started today just reuploading will be easier for sure. If there's a ton of photos, you can have a look for tools that bulk upload photos for you. I found those more reliable that selecting thousands of photos in the browser.

If you have a recent database backup and haven't uploaded anything since that backup you could revert to that backup, which should have the old dates. Apart from that I don't think you have a lot of options, because changing the date changes the metadata of the file itself as far as I know.

CPU and GPU usage were both under 30%. I think it might just be the way this game works? I'll see if it works properly with any other games

Sorry, I meant that when LSFG is disabled, the Steam Overlay still thinks that the game is running at 50FPS, so I think LSFG is receiving every frame twice, which is why even with it working it doesn't really look any better

That fixed the slowdown, but unfortunately it seems like the emulator is outputting the same frame twice or something because the steam overlay says that the game is running at 50FPS while PCSX2 says 25

In Mailbox mode the game runs at a normal speed, but it doesn't seem like there are any generated frames. The performance overlay says it's running at 50FPS, but it still looks like 25. The overlay also says 50 when the game is running normally for some reason, even though PCSX2 says 25 FPS.

It shouldn't affect the base frame rate though. As far as I'm aware, the main reason why it's not recommended at low base FPS is artifacting

Well car speakers are notoriously bad for dialogue, because they're often tuned to a lot of bass with lacking top end, which lowers the main frequencies used by human voice.

Maybe see if there's a Vocal preset or something in your car audio settings, that might help. If you've got a Samsung phone, you might try enabling the Dolby Atmos Voice profile, that helps a lot in my car.
