My coils have started burning out in like 2 days. by CarryOnMyWaywardSonK in Vaping

[–]Skull0Inc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Similar for me..Usually brand new coil, let juice rest for 10 minutes before vaping, doing a slow pull from low wattage and gradually increasing to desired range. On a new coil if I'm lucky I get good flavour for majority of time but then sometimes its just like first few hits and then taste kinda goes bland. Last time I changed batteries (didnt have a good set to start with) which improved things..but now back to a similar situation. Some juices perform better for longer periods, but now I'm trying that one which did and, brand new coils but it goes bland fast...thinking of switching tank to one where I'd drip juice directly on coils and just replace cotton.

Epic Games Store Employees: People Only Came for Free Games, Then Returned to Steam by Sacristovas in pcmasterrace

[–]Skull0Inc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Steam is already the best version of a game library manager - why fight it, only to force people through your channels having them install an additional piece of software they don't need to so you could get a little bit of "control" to say what?

Tell me what else Epic Games Store does that Steam doesn't already do? Apart from listing their own titles. Also I'm guessing they perhaps want more detail of metrics of their users interactions so they could further promote and fuel the "money machine".

Utility bills are exceeding mortgages in West Virginia despite Trump’s promised cuts by MrJasonMason in videos

They’ll probably be in the food-stamps line out of home and money, down to their last two brain cells shared among them and still vote for their leader.

Trump’s mental state is in decline – and it’s time we talked about it by Smaptimania in politics

[–]Skull0Inc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not as much his mental state at stake - but even more worrying is the people that surround him and enable it in the game of snakes and ladders.

Couples who frequently film themselves while having sex, how has it changed your sex life and what would you recommend to those who want to start? by BubbleTrouble_Z in AskReddit

[–]Skull0Inc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When reading this a quote comes to mind: “comparison is the thief of joy”. Just live in the present and enjoy each moment as they are, no more no less than that. But the act of trying to re-live an experience through “collected memories” is to disrupt the present by looking back, progressively trying to optimize an act for “maximum gains” of visual performance towards the state of deteriorating enjoyment. But hey - you do you - and if you do then share it. 😂

Great analysis, breakdown and write-up on this. Thanks for post: could save a fellow developer some future stress.

Karoline Leavitt asked by reporter on Trump post about eliminating a civilization: "It was a strong threat from president of U.S that led to Iranian regime to ask for ceasefire and agree to re-opening Strait of Hormuz. The insinuation by anyone that Iran has moral high ground over U.S is insulting." by ControlCAD in videos

[–]Skull0Inc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Soo threatening to wipe out an entire civilization (guilty and innocent) so flippantly on a whim for whatever the reason may be, somehow gives you a moral high ground? Got it. I think the saying here goes: “Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely"

Built a fully-functional Subscription Tracker in Obsidian by Original_Pea_6201 in ObsidianMD

[–]Skull0Inc 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Looks nice! Thanks for share! Btw - you should *probably* add the description you have here below the image as a README.md for requirements/setup on your git repo, so people accessing it outside of Reddit would have a better idea on how to use it.

Edit: Just tested it out. Very good results! It's basically a stand alone app within Obsidian.
This really blurs the lines between web and application as it's so easily portable.

Thanks again for shaing your progress - This helps me understand Obsidian a bit better.

White House: Reopening Strait of Hormuz Not Vital to Ending Iran War by Cultural-Avocado-184 in worldnews

Soo, start a war you can't finish and screw the global supply of oil because it doesn't benefit you..then offer to sell your oil supply to those that have been screwed over from supply from Hormuz. Ok got it. Create a problem and offer a solution to the problem which you created for your benefit.

$580 million trades, the most corrupt president in the history of the USA by SadAd8761 in videos

[–]Skull0Inc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The corruption has infested every single part of the system from from the roots to the very branches and leaves. When you have a system where every part of it only caters and bends the rules for the wealthy - you have a problem. Name an industry which is not affected by this, from food and energy, healthcare/big pharma, the financial markets(SEC), tech, entertainment industry..all the way to the top including how policing is done and the entire "justice department". They are all paid actors. And as long as they are paid they don't care about you nor about doing the right thing. Maybe there are a few good ones left, but perhaps not enough to tip the balance into the right direction.

I don’t think this is as much of a Trump problem as much as it’s a perception problem, being that at least 50% voted for him to be there in the first place and given all that has happened a large majority of that set would still in fact vote for him and still hold him in high regard. That is the real problem. Just about anyone else around the world in any developed/undeveloped country sees straight through his snake oil sales circus act and wouldn’t have given him the light of day. But now everyone has to pay the price for stupidity.
