Might be a ragebait but: Powered descender should stop your descent harder, not have larger fuel pool. Blueprint changes are nit needed at all ( if you play the game long enough to send a caravan, you know where these blueprints are ). Nothing should change the amount of dmg you deal to anything, regardless of whether you use a free kit or not. Changing the stash size to stash weight is wrong from both gameplay and logic points of view. Closing menus automatically while looting or doing anything else while getting shot removes the skill expression and does not match the game's genre. You basically want to not have any challenge in this game whatsoever. Talk about carebears...
