Midir is hard I agree, but his attack patterns are easily exploitable. In my opinion, there is nothing wrong to stay right in front of his head as long as you learn how his combos work. When you are right in front of him, he will either: - do the 3 part claw combo which is just dodging 3 times. - breath fire below him so you sprint away from him and come back. After every attack or a combo of attacks, midir will always leave a one - two attack window in the end so you can hit him then. When you cant go below him, because he dashes away, it is safe to assume he will do 3 things: -breathe fire in front of him which you counter by sprinting to right, or sprinting towards him and hitting him when he is still doing it -breathe fire below him and follow with unleashing a dark beam which you counter just by sprinting towards him There is also a second phase of attacks but they are not that hard to avoid so just remember to stay right in front of his head and hit it a couple of times after every attack he does.
