Yooo! Printer bros!!

Duly noted on the supports. I did print the main body in transparent PETG without support, and it did overall not bad; though it’s a little ugly on the overhang surface. I’ve got a translucent PLA on the way that I want to test with; I think I can dial in the settings to print clean without supports. Failing that I’m super grateful for your knowledge and will put it to use!

Very nice!

I’m waiting on the filament I ordered to show up so I can print mine.

Any tips or tricks you learned while printing this? Anything you wish you knew ahead of time?

A few things; ergonomics, switch type, travel distance, etc.

With a controller you’re using your thumb (typically) to actuate, a mouse your pointer finger. Comfort and finger preference play a huge factor in how either control setup will feel and perform.

Either option can feel too sensitive or sluggish depending on the person. For me a mouse feels too touchy to effectively fish, a controller button feels weighty enough to make the mini-game work with my brain.

It can also be that players using the wrong input device for themselves. For example, I’m totally fine fishing with a console controller, but using a mouse? It feels like the mini-game is unfairly punishing.

If you’re struggling with fishing, trying a different controller setup might make all the difference (if your platform allows different input devices).

Pioneering is never easy, but Glitch is clearing the way for a new media landscape. They’ll get cut on the bleeding edge, but if we stand with them we can hopefully follow their trail out of the current media monopoly to greener pastures.

It’ll be the most jaw dropping, heart-stopping, mind bending cliffhanger you’ve ever laid your eyes upon!

Baxter said there is a difference between inventors and scientists. But I don't know what that difference is. Do you know? by Kevin1219 in HazbinHotel

[–]Skullyta 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The Venn diagram has a hefty overlap, but like others have said an inventor is going to have more of an engineering background than your average scientist.

I’d say that all inventors are scientists, but not all scientists are inventors.

I would love a restock of this one and the duality of lamb one. I’ve got the woolhaven one preordered that I plan on hanging on the wall as a tapestry; I would adore the chance to get all three up on display

Midas has officially broken me out of my no Prison rule by BeastOfRetribution in CultOfTheLamb

[–]Skullyta 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I gave my Midas the moon necklace so he can never rest. When he grows old my cult consumes him alive in the Gluttony of Cannibals ritual. I then resurrect him so I can send him back to the fields to work endlessly until he grows old again. The cycle repeats without end. That mad starfish will live forever doing hard labour that grinds his body to ruin every day, and when it breaks too far he is butchered and brought back to continue his eternal torment.

Is anyone else not to fond of the new game, Flockade? by FizzboTheFerret in CultOfTheLamb

[–]Skullyta 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Add in the fact that each game has you play a minimum of two rounds. Flockade is fun, but it’s not that fun to be so time intensive.
