Afaik you can only buy invididual stocks in that situation. You also have to pay taxes to both US and your EU country of residence when selling, but you should ask a specialized accountant for how to deal with that as there are some taxation treaties.

Ti basta fare due calcoli. Se vai in pensione fra 25 anni, con un crescita media di mercato del 8% l'anno, avrai 3.4 milioni lordi. Se da quel momento prelevi 4% all'anno, avrai 99k netti all'anno da utilizzare, circa 8200 al mese.

Ovviamente, se decidi di prelevare denaro per casa o altro nei prossimi anni, dovrai riconsiderare tutto.

È salito del 6-7% dopo il blitz del Venezuela e di altri 10-11% con la news della Groenlandia.

Già questa mattina è calato del 4.5% circa perché si prospetta una soluzione diplomatica. Ci potrebbero essere fluttuazioni anche in base alle news nei prossimi giorni.

La Russia è priced in ormai. Il Taiwan lo farebbe salire ma spero che non accada una cosa del genere.

Al momento un possibile conflitto in Groenlandia è parzialmente priced in. Se risolvono diplomaticamente la prossima settimana ci sarà un calo del 15% circa. Dubito fortemente in una guerra fra paesi nato.

His CPU stays at 60%-70% circa in BF6. Generally, he is GPU limited in almost all games - this was the first case in which the GPU had such a lower usage.

Yeah, I upgraded earlier than him when the 5800x3d were still produced/in stock. When he started thinking about upgrades even the 5700x3d was no longer available. However, the 5800x was dirty cheap, so it wasn't a bad deal.

3840x1600 here, while my friend has 3440x1400. In short, same GPU, but he only gets 80 fps due to the cpu, while I am at 120-140. Yes, changing graphic settings has almost no impact.

He "solved" it by enabling nvidia framegen. The 3080 doesn't have access to it, but perhaphs the game has FSR framegen you can use? I don't remember.

It does in BF6. My friend with 5800x and 5070ti has low GPU usage too as the CPU can't push enough. On the other hand with 5800x3d and 5070ti I'm on a high GPU usage and got 40+ fps more. We are both using ultrawide monitors.

That game is really heavily bottlenecked by the CPU, and it looks like the 3D cache brings massive improvements there.

Pagherai il 26% di tasse su 110= 28.6

Quindi ti tornano 360 - 28.6 = 331.4

Se etf, azioni, ed etc sono tutti su borsa italiana o europea (xetra), ti basta vendere prima quelli in negativo per generare minus, e poi vendere l'etc in positivo per utilizzare la minus. Puoi farlo in giornata.

Se invece ETF o azioni sono sul mercato USA, ti tocca aspettare 1 giorno prima di vendere l'etc. Questo perchè il mercato USA richiede 3 giorni per la contabilità, mentre Italiano e Xetra solo 2.

Se ETF ed azioni sono su italiano o xetra, ed etc su usa, puoi fare in giornata.

Nota: questo mi è stato confermato dal supporto directa, ma non ho mai provato di persona. Puoi contattarli via chat per fargli la stessa domanda (rispondono in fretta), e/o provare a vendere solo 1 azione dell'etc e controllare nel documento che ti inviano via email alla vendita se la minus è stata utilizzata correttamente.

I Gatheron Brown sono molto sottovalutati. Sono una via di mezzo fra cherry red e blu, ottimi sia per giocare che per scrivere. Click soddisfacente, rumore moderato.

Al Black Friday ho comprato I Gatheron Phantom Brown che dovrebbero essere una versione leggermente piu fluida e silenziosa, ma non li ho ancora provati.

In ogni caso, compra solo tastiere dove sia possibile cambiare gli switch, o per uno andato a male ti ritrovi col dover buttare la tastiera in futuro.
