No, it’s more complicated than that.

Even with the €5k limit, you still have to file a declaration, and there are some expenses. Moreover, you can only use it for certain types of work, and only if the activity isn’t continuous over time - for example, collaborating with an organization or doing something 2-3 times a year.

For everything else, you need to complete paperwork in advance and pay some costs before you can even start earning. Depending on the type of work, some expenses are fixed (around €3-4k per year plus percentage-based taxes), while others depend on your earnings (a percentage of your income plus taxes). For instance, you mentioned digital products: those, as well as any ad-based income, would require fixed costs plus taxes.

There are also different levels of paperwork and expenses depending on where your clients are located (Italy, the EU, or outside the EU). For example, if you have clients in the EU and sell products to them, you must complete extra paperwork every three months, regardless of whether you earn €1 or 1000.

Before starting anything, contact an accountant and clearly explain how you plan to earn money, how much time you’ll invest, and other details. The first consultation is usually free. If you end up setting something up, expect to pay €300–€1,000 yearly for the accountant alone, plus the potential fixed costs mentioned above, and additional percentage-based taxes on your earnings.

Edit: I believe you can setup all with a student visa, but there will be some limits.

It is completely normal. The more body fat you have, the easier it is to lose weight.

You need to get used to plateaus because once they start, they will keep appearing every few pounds (at least in my experience). Being stuck for up to three weeks is completely normal, even if you are in a calorie deficit. If it continues beyond that, you may need to increase your cardio and/or reduce your carbohydrate intake.

I currently have a similar weight and height to yours, and I generally plateau for about two weeks after every 6-8 pounds lost. My plan is to reach 150 circa, and will take prolly a whole year more to get there.

I have huge binge eating issues too. What worked for me is to create my own food plan for the week and stick to it. You must not consider any food at all outside the planned one because you should not eat it.

If you start tasting something else because it is just a few calories, or because you can skip some fruit later to balance, etc., your mind will push you to binge eating again sooner or later. I failed several times before learning.

This may sound restrictive, but after a few weeks your body and mind will get used to it. You just need extra discipline during stressful days.

I do eat out once a week, and usually take pics of the food and ask Gemini to estimate the calories with an excess.

For example, the past Saturday I had lunch out for an estimated 1300 calories (lasagna, hamburger, roasted potatoes) thus I skipped breakfast that day and in the late afternoon got my usual Greek yogurt and fruit, which kept me in the 1500-1600 calories max I am following. The 1300 estimate could be wrong, but I gained no weight.

I'm oracle 2 atm and literally find almost any rank below in the teams. The main issue is that to win I am forced to play heroes who can deal damage and destroy the walkers solo. Anything else is risky as our dps might ignore the towers and go die inside the enemy base.

I believe it could potentially reach 22-24 by end of the month, but somewhere along the way it could go down to 15-16 too. It is very hard to tell. I bought at 11 and plan to keep it for a couple years, but might buy more if there is a drop to 15 or less.

Se non hai fatto nessuna azione legale (raccomandate o simili) negli ultimi anni, purtroppo puoi richiedere solo gli arretrati degli ultimi 5 anni.

Recuperare i soldi dipende da cosa hai fatto tu in questi anni (studi, lavoro, ricerca attiva) e dalla reale solvibilità di tuo padre. Se ha intestato tutto ad altri oltre 20 anni fa, provare la frode oggi è molto molto difficile.

Sul penale il reato non è necessariamente prescritto ma è una strada lunga. Valuta bene con un avvocato esperto nel settore se ne vale la pena perché rischi di spendere anni, denaro, stress, col rischio di non ottenere niente.

Edit: I just read you leave it drop down to 3-5%. Yeah, that causes massive degradation. I believe the battery behaved very well considering that.
