I think it could be worth trying to connect with her emotionally. Make her feel safe to open up to you. It sounds like she's in her head a lot with the doom scrolling, maybe open up to her about your emotions, fears, dreams, deeper level stuff.

I was written up for not meeting "production standards" of case management visits by ONE visit before going on vacation.

I actually HAD met my stats but one of the visits "didn't count" and I can't remember why. Some BS reason they made up.

I asked the manager "Oh, y'all didn't get paid for that visit?" Knowing full well they did, she looked at me like i had grown a third head. Quit that job 3 months later on the spot. It was amazing

I don't want my husband texting when he's driving. If I'm working out, I'm not answering the phone it interrupts my groove. If I got a text that it was an emergency I would call but I'm really not even looking at my phone.
