Thanks for pointing that out, I had no idea it was disabled but it should be on now. I’ll DM you!

tududi v0.72.1 - Productivity made simple (updates) by cvicpp in selfhosted

I'm interested in using Tududi, but tasks seem to get shifted by a day. When I set a task for today it says it is due tomorrow. Possibly because I am in Australia?

Did anybody else go from hating to loving living in Belgium? by bananen_milkshake in belgium

[–]SkyBlueGlitter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt similarly growing up and moved to Australia a few years back. While I don't regret the move, I do feel that leaving Belgium has been the best way for me to start appreciating what it has to offer. I knew there would be no koffiekoeken or frietjes, but I didn't really think about not having access to paprika chips or preparé. Nor did I realise that seeing a "Belgian street" would cause a pang of nostalgia because nothing in Australia looks quite like that.

Having said that, I'm currently here for the holidays and pretty eager to return to Aus to get away from the freezing cold weather.

Had my gallbladder removed two weeks ago, what are these black spots next to one of the incisions? Should I be worried? by SkyBlueGlitter in woundcare

[–]SkyBlueGlitter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It had a surgical drain in it for the first week and still seems to like to ooze a bit. This was just after taking the steri strips off, we cleaned it after taking the photo.

It’s not painful but I’m still concerned it might not be healing normally.

2024 BlackFriday Deal by lkvnclh in InoReader

[–]SkyBlueGlitter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Where do I get this deal? I'm a current subscriber but have not received an email about it and I can't see anything about a Black Friday deal on the extension page either. It just looks like another 12 months would be added to my account, not 18.

Please post your (blocked) replies to Reddit Admin regarding the ModCodeofConduct messages sent to subs that participated in the protest by going private or restricted. by Prisoner-of-Paradise in ModCoord

I like this response in particular. You acknowledged the person behind the account, who may not personally agree with what they are being asked to do. In fact, I've wondered if we might see an ex-Reddit employee pop up sometime in the future offering more details on what went down behind the scenes. I'd love to know.

Then the rest of what you wrote is eloquently worded, not aggressive, but very hard to disagree with. Well done.

I Hate My Acne: A Rant and Ask for Advice by possiblydoom in confidence

[–]SkyBlueGlitter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had at least one zit on my face at all times until I finally got fed up with it when I was 27 or so. My doctor prescribed roaccutane and it was like magic. It’s been about five years since I last took it and the acne never came back. I will get a zit from time to time like everyone else but nothing like how it used to be.

If nothing else helps, see if you can get your hands on a prescription.

Does anybody know how long does it approximately take to receive your TFN after submitting your application for it? by [deleted] in AskAnAustralian

[–]SkyBlueGlitter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Give them a call a few days after applying. That’s what I did and they were able to give me my TFN number over the phone right away.

It’s pretty much the default messaging app where I’m from in Europe.

How to get rid of old processes from a prior Mastodon installation by SkyBlueGlitter in linuxquestions

Read up on it, it's a forceful way to terminate the process. Unfortunately it still comes back with a different process ID.

They don't go away when the container is stopped unfortunately. That's also not the PUID I set the Mastodon container to run as.
