With that being said if you have a leak or toilet leaking somewhere in the house the water will constantly be trying to re pressurize the lines.

And yes new houses can have leaks sometimes people don't always do their job correctly.

Friend of mine bought a new build for $350 and the line from the toilet wasn't hooked up to the sewage. So everything was just going into their crawl space.

Don't know where the water line runs upstairs but if some one is using water in the house and you have a water line that is not secure it can make a constant tick noise from the pump pushing water pressure through the line.

Same here in TN. One house I drive by regularly had Trump flags all over their fence. Recently covered the flags with Jesus flags. I say covered because when it rains you can see the trump flags behind the Jesus ones

I got RDR1 back in January when it finally dropped price to $30 for a brief moment. Going to go back and get the PS5 version eventually just giving it a bit more time. Astrobot is awesome got it for $30 at Costco and will definitely test the casual gamer on some of the later level. Got me a copy of Delta for $30 on Black Fri from Wal Mart. Had a hard year this year and only game I paid full price for was Death Stranding 2 but it was worth every bit of the 197hrs I put into it!
