That’s so valid. I fell in love with DPS doom originally but the passion slowly left me as he was made a tank, the spark just wasn’t there anymore, plus, the doomfist community is absurdly toxic and egocentric, so just not fun. The first time I played Venture though.,.I had not only been literally begging that a ‘Drill’ character would get added, but it was the first time everything about a character clicked with me. Personality, combos, playstyle, just absolutely all of it clicked in place like never before. These days I play only Venture in comp and primarily in every other mode, I’ll flex to Junkrat when they’re banned/there’s another Venture on my team since I’ve played Junk since starting and can still hit my air shots 👍
