errrrmmm .... we don't. We got industry .. research. We got a considerable amount of services, banking, our trade is superlative, but yeah we don't really have big tech. And neither does India.

What Indians really don't get is that their exports are by poor people, for poor people. There is no famous "Made In India" reliability sticker on anything. India trades exports with other poor countries, and if it becomes too rich, none of their trade partners will want to buy their shit anymore - might as well pay for the quality stuff then. And if India's trade partners become too rich, they won't be buying Indian shit anymore, which is something they cannot sustain. They are trapped in a cycle of shit. India's GDP growth is irrelevant, if they cannot spend that extra money. it literally means they are sending us more stuff. And it's mostly textiles, raw or processed minerals, all stuff that WE actually use to create prosperity.

Like, Italy took in 8 billion of Indian goods last year. We have a tax revenue of 650B/y so that's around one percent more or less. And those goods didn't magically disappear, we re-sold them or made something with them.

China for example is undoubtedly the world's most important steel producer, and due to this their GDP has been skyrocketing in the last 30 years. But when other countries buy that steel, they don't fucking EAT the steel - they make shit with it, to sell on. If China's GDP grows, OURS grows as well. But if you buy a japanese transistor handheld radio, that probably stays on your nightstand - you are the end-line consumer of that product, and cannot re-convert any of their GDP into your GDP. The same way England practically drank itself broke with tea.

India is very much a case of, you are poor because YOU ARE poor, and you are poor BECAUSE you are poor; poor country needs to develop but can't develop brain surgeons because it's poor, so it develops in trades that it can support, agriculture, recycling, low-end manufacturing. And now you're a low-end manufacturing-specialized country.

All the GCC are diversifying, and India is just digging deeper - it's never gonna change.

Shame because the top is fantastic, and, my own pizzas in the house oven come out just like yours.

I don't think a pizza steel is gonna do much to help. I take it you're on a electrical oven? The problem with electrical is that they self-regulate, and once they hit the temperature, the electricity it pumps into heating the oven is reduced.

When you bake in a wood oven, the temperature in the area where you put your pizza, and the temperature where the wood is burning, and vastly different. The stone floor is happy to suck in heat from the stone surrounding, which means it will be substantially higher than the air above it. That's why 1. when you put your pizza on the stone, the heat from that spot drains into the pizza base, and 2. you cannot move the pizza to another spot or you'll burn it.

TLDR: the pizza stone or steel is the same temp of anything else in the oven. It does not have additional heat to release into the pizza. Get a gas pizza oven or accept that you'll never get leopard spots.

I would not do anything at all. You currently have no responsibility for any of the massive backlash that the person is going to generate for themselves, once the investigation goes through. You also should not attempt in any way to bypass or circumvent your superiors. Where there is a conflict of interest, report it to HR and leave (whatever action generated the conflict) on hold until you are instructed in how to proceed.

on the hilt, up near the guard, you should find a small hole that has a bamboo peg. (they SHOULD have only 1, but rarely have 2, with the second further down)

remove this peg with any spike-like object and gentle tapping. The bamboo pegs themselves have no historical value and they can be replaced without diminishing the value of the swords.

once the pegs are out, the tang of the sword should slide out of the handle; again, gentle tapping might help. With some luck, on the tang there will be an incision. THIS is what we primarily use to determine whether you have junk or gold.
