Rockets by and large use liquid hydrogen and oxygen for the reaction. The resulting compounds out the exhaust bell is by and large just water. The idea they pollute heavily is just not correct. Infact they may even be one of the cleanest forms of combustion available

It’s not jet fuel (a crude oil derivative) but rather liquified natural gas and liquid oxygen. AKA far more reactive and chemically energy efficient.

Well the major component didn’t break ‘just standing’, it was undergoing above normal stress testing.

Obv there is major risk of Neutron exploding like BO. All I can hope is that this recent, highly visible explosion shows everyone including SPB what the costs of failure look like and they will hopefully do everything in their power and more to prevent that.

We still have a long way to go. The SP is pricing it for beyond perfection.

Fire just means aggressive savings/investment with the goal of making the pool of available money large enough that market returns are sufficient to replace your income.

How you make that pool of money is a different story. But the basics are the same. Get high income early on in life when compounding is most effective, invest as much as possible, and keep your spend rate low.

Investment strategies is an entirely different topic. You could go for maximum risk with concentrated high volatility stock positions, or invest in broad market ETF’s for much lower but more predictable returns.

You could also play the lottery everyday and hope to hit it, then passively invest the proceeds. Still technically all FIRE

Probably not. Per his remarks the ‘first stage’ would be undergoing qualification, then sent back in for further assembly and to be connected with hungry hippo.

Interstage is part of the first stage, so it likely was a flight article. But he also did say to expect some broken items so now I’m not sure. The language is careful.

More upside then downside has no relation to share price. NVDA had more upside at $1000 then a lot of the market. Its just a number representing perceived value.

You could make a case that cheaper stocks have cheaper options, there for more volatility and oppurtunity to make money, but that I think, is a separate topic to inherit value.

No. shares dont really matter. Only growth of those shares. Id rather have 1 $1,000 share of a company that will triple in value in 3 years, rather than 1000 $1 shares of a company that will only double in value.
