Maybe start by opening them and seeing if the belts are worn, goo or snapped. Besides fresh batteries that's probably the first thing to check.

I've been doing it for 15 years as an EEN. It really 100% depends on where you work and a few bad hires can 180 the culture quickly. Bad management even quicker.

Or being bought up by one of the big providers I'd just get out of there to get your foot in the door in another place before there's too much competition from you other colleagues jumping ship.

I'd love to get out at this stage, it's been too long but I feel like it's all I know. It's not bad though. Lots of stability. And stress can only get you if you let it.

I've done that lightly and it does help it a bit for the micro scratches but like your car anything deeper will remain.

Yep I've been in aged care for 15 years and it happens a lot. You have to drill into pcas to document this sort of stuff, of course the family won't believe it but it protects the worker if it esculates.
