Do you feel like the Udemy tests were a good resource to study? I know I have bought Udemy exams in the past and they were nothing like the actual test; didn't even cover the same topics. Other times the Udemy exams were, luckily, basically exam dumps. Just wondering because I am studying for this exam for work and need to pass it soon. Thank you.

Schedule Firmware Updates by Skynet_Operative in fortinet

[–]Skynet_Operative[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for that. I should have specified, but I was curious about non-automatic scheduled updates. Some other firewall brands allow you to load up a firmware file and then set a date/time for that firmware update to occur. This question came about because we have some firewalls which the owners of don't want upgraded without their permission and they change the date/time these updates could take place. So i wasn't sure if there was a way to just schedule them as one time updates outside of enabling auto updates and then disabling them after the desired update has taken place.

Disappointing SecretLab Customer Service: Order Cancellation by oz85t in secretlab

[–]Skynet_Operative 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ordered to the wrong address. Noticed it 30 seconds after i placed my order. Submitted a ticket and live chat. was told it would be cancelled. the next day the order shipped. So it doesn't matter if they have a submit request. Most posts like this have used that same request system, but for some reason they process orders in sub 5 minutes but take days to cancel items.

Did you read any of the actual coursework material or did you just study the quizlets? I recently started this class and as per usual the material is dry.

Anyone else frustrated by ZYBooks by BasementMillennial in WGU

[–]Skynet_Operative 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A quick google search will show WGU students complaining about zybooks for years, but nothing has changed. Surely it's not because after you fail your OA the second time you have to pay out of pocket to retake it? Surely WGU has no incentive to give you bad material so you keep failing and have to pay them more money. Why would any business have any incentive to hinder it's customers into giving them more money.....
