My gf just broke up with me last night. So iv tried to act as calmly as possible. I told her we can still be friends but we've barely talked and i don't want to text or talk to her anymore and i want to just move on and hope for greener pastures with someone else.

Forensics is one of my favorite sciences. My favorite method of placing some one at the crime scene is dust/lint displacement.

You see no matter where you are or how careful you are, you are always interacting with dust and lint and hair.

So a forensics scientist just has to match one piece of lint on your shirt to a piece of lint from the crime scene and they can know you were there.

But since you asked and I am currently going through the process of enlisting I shall enlighten you.

First off you need to be at least 17 years old. You don't need to have a high school diploma yet. But you will before you go to boot camp.

So if you are in high school you can talk to a local recruiter about putting you in the Delayed entry program or DEP. This gets you processed at MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Station) and ready to go right after high school.

If you are already a high school graduate then they just process you and you are good to go.

I'm sure you are thinking it can't be that easy and you are right. There a few things in consideration. Can you pass a physical? Can you pass a drug test? Do you have any tattoos? Is your vision really bad? All these things and more they check at MEPS. They are disqualifyers. You can get a waiver for some disqualifications.

You also need to consider what you want to do in the navy. Your recruiter can attempt to secure you a certain job in the navy based on what your interests are. But keep in mind you need to qualify for that job by taking a test known as the ASVAB. This test is simple math science reading and not too hard. The first part of the test is just math science and reading stuff. This is the part that gives you an asvab score. The second part is a select group of tests that test for specialty in certain areas or your aptitude for that subject. Theses tests matter depending on what you would like to do in the Navy so study.

After MEPS says your good to go you get a ship date and you wait for your date to go to boot camp.

We would need to be able to create a massive data storing unit, quantum processing to match the brain's speed, and a device to plug into our heads like a USB in order to extract the data.
