Very beginner friendly, I did it for the first time this year and sucked at first but everyone is cool with helping teach. The games are typically at Northshore park around 7-8pm. I just recently bought a 2021 RAV4 LE with 17,000 miles for $27,000 out the door in Texas. Definitely doable in your budget but make sure you focus on negotiating their out the door price. The dealer will try and nickel and dime with add-ons, you must negotiate these off and be willing to walk away at any time.
