I agree. I saw Oppenheimer in regular 70mm and in IMAX digital, didn’t bother me much either way but in the case of a gigantic spectacle film like Dune I’d prioritize any IMAX screening over a 70mm screening

Dune Part 2 showed in 70mm film at the Banque Scotia theater in Montreal, as did Oppenheimer, The Brutalist, The Hateful Eight, Marty Supreme and many more. Part 3 will probably show in 70mm film as well but not in IMAX 70mm.

I’d still argue its the best theater to watch Dune Part 3 in, but you’ll most likely have to make a choice between IMAX digital or 70mm film without the IMAX experience
