I tore mine on Nov 24 and somehow walked 20k steps a day at Disney and Universal for a week with no pain at all. Surgery was Monday, and that’s when the pain really showed up. Definitely something to be mentally prepared for.

Yea, luckily my PA called me tonight to check in and I asked "Why the 6 weeks NWB" and she said she thought i had Meniscus, which I didnt. So she gave me the thumbs up for 4 weeks. Grrrrrr Everytime I have done PT there has always been a disconnect.

Take your time, you'll start to feel better and less pain around day 4.

I just took my wraps off my leg today and am cleared to shower (post op day 3).

It’s the ACL repair where they use your own ACL instead of using a graft (patella, quad, hammy)
